The mold base used is the standard mold base with part number FCI2530.608080. It has a length of 300mm, a width of 300mm, and a height of 306mm. The mold weighs 166kg and has a tool life of 500,000 shots.
This mold is a three-plates mold, which does not require any post-processing and allows for automatic demolding. The injection/runner type is a cold runner, and the gate is a side gate, where the pin point gate is turned to the side gate.
